Homunculus Music, Inc., is a music publishing company whose primary mission is to produce musical scores and ancillary music for Homunculus Productions, LLC. Composer-in-residence: Bronwen Jones. President of Homunculus Music: Alison McMahan.
Homunculus Music commissions composers to score films and create ancillary music for films produced by Homunculus Productions.
Our composer-in-residence is Bronwen Jones (www.BronwenJones.com), who scored Bare Hands and Wooden Limbs and is currently scoring The Eight Faces of Jane, both Homunculus Productions documentaries.

Bare Hands & Wooden LimbsHealing, Recovery and Reconciliation in Cambodia 2007 The credit music for Bare Hands and Wooden Limbs, a Homunculus Productions documentary produced and directed by Alison McMahan and financed in part by McMahan Philanthropy and David Bruce McMahan. For this film Bronwen Jones was inspired by Khmer folk music like that heard at the beginning of this clip, and then composed a score with a similar melodic and percussive feel, perfect for the film.
